Opening Weekend: 2020

So, 2020 has been pretty much a dumpster fire. Yeah, that bad for the most part, but . . . . .

Hunting season at The SnK turned out pretty good. The Hunting Crew got two bucks and six hogs. Not bad for opening weekend, actually pretty good.

Ms. Megan got the first buck, an 8 point, with a 15 1/2 inch spread, weighing in at 190 pounds.

Ms. Megan’s buck, with her “Furry Son,” Alex guarding it.

The second buck was a Cull Buck, weighing in at 90 pounds. Quite a bit of a spread between the two.

As for hogs, yeah, they’re back on The SnK, as they are pretty much all over the world. Nice that we have hunters that like to shoot them also.

Didn’t get weights on the hogs, but sure glad the got them. Hopefully, we might end up with some sausage.

Hopefully the rest of the season will be productive for the rest of the crew. We’ll see.

Oh, Selena spotted something on the end of the house the other day.

Hard to tell, but that’s not a Dabber Nest, that’s a Bat. Selena couldn’t identify it, but through binoculars, identified it as a bat. Little Critter only hung around a day.

Well, that’s it for now.

Until next time, Peace!

Keith, the K in The SnK.
